INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPETITORS
- Inform your form teacher and subject teachers PERSONALLY before the missed lessons.
- Those competing in the morning, please go to Bishan Stadium directly. You do not have to come to school.
- Those competing in the afternoon, if you need more rest due to previous days' competition, please seek permission from your T&F teachers-in-charge for permission to take time-off in the morning.
- Arrive at least 1.5 hour before the competition. You must report 30 minutes before competition.
- If you are late for any reason, you MUST call your T&F teacher-in-charge
- Eat something light before competitions. Bring some snacks along. Apples, bananas are good.
- Pack your competition bag the night before, remember number tag.
- If you forget number tag, never mind, can buy one at registration counter.
- Relax, focus, compose, confident- you will perform your BEST.
